Hi, my name is
I am the writer, director and editor of a 30-minute-long social realism drama entitled 'Burden'. This was screened at the Brighton Rocks International Film Festival in June 2025, and won Best Performance for lead actor Bobby Dean. The film was also Runner-Up in its film category, Made in Brighton.
I also directed and co-wrote a 13-minute-long mockumentary entitled 'The Feral Men'. On top of this, I have extensive experience editing, including murder mystery 'Shot in the Dark' and a short documentary entitled 'The Cycleballers'. Through collaboration and continuous learning, I aim to craft films that resonate deeply, exploring complex themes and amplifying diverse voices. My goal is to leave a lasting impact, inspiring audiences to see the world in new ways and fostering empathy and understanding through the power of cinema.

back to topClock Out is a short thriller about the character of John, who is disillusioned by his boring office job. When leaving his workplace, he walks through one end of the corridor and finds himself at the other end after walking through. After a few minutes, he realises he's trapped in this endless loop and the film follows him as he begins to fall into insanity, realising that he'll be forever trapped in this loop. The film takes influence from the concept of the 1993 Ramis film Groundhog Day and serves as a metaphor for the overwhelming feeling of being stuck in a seemingly endless menial job that provides little to no pleasure.

back to topThe Cycleballers is a short documentary about Team GB for the peculiar sport of cycleball, which is a merging of cycling and football. The film follows the oddball characters as they tell the story of competing in the World Championships and chronicles the build-up to the next World Championships, with their only goal being to win a game, which they have yet to achieve. It serves as a heartwarming underdog story in line with the likes of Eddie the Eagle and Cool Runnings as while they are far from the best team in the world, they are the only team in the country willing to play the sport and thus represent their country.

back to topThis is a sound piece that I made inspired by my own experience working in a factory for a year and finding that in order to stay sane in an environment like that, you have to take on the mentality of a machine. Another reason for making this sound piece was my fascination with abrasive, industrial sound design and my attempt to try and push it to its limit.

Shot in the Dark is a film that follows the true story of the mysterious murder of Robert Jackson in a cinema in Bristol in 1946. The film will take inspiration from the likes of Agatha Christie as it cross cuts between interrogations of key witnesses and their varying versions of the events that occurred on the night of the murder.

back to topI'm incredibly interested in both film and music and this montage is a marriage of the two.
